Lessons: M:Tech aim to deliver as many weekly sessions as the school calendar will allow. Although the actual number can fluctuate slightly, children will receive on average 30 activity sessions per year
Billing: M:Tech will bill the same amount for each term although due to the slightly different term lengths (Michaelmas being longer than either the Summer or Lent Terms) children may have more lessons in one term than in another. Each term's project however is tailored to fit the term to ensure it will be completed
Missed Lessons: Due to the group nature of the m:tech activity we are unable to reimburse for missed lessons due to illness, unauthorised absence or school events
Cancelling Lessons: When withdrawing a pupil from the mtech activity notice of withdrawal must be given before the first day of the half term holiday in order for payment and lessons to cease on the last day of that term
Please Note: If notice is given after the first day of the half term holiday, the lessons will continue and payment will be expected until the end of the following term
Notice: M:Tech will provide one term's notice of any changes to our fees
